HP Original Toner is manufactured using polymer technology. The new generation of virgin toners improves the production process and polymerizes in the liquid to form extremely fine toner particles, thereby making their surfaces more spherical. The shape of the ball is more conducive to the mixing and mixing of toner, the force and heat are more uniform, and it is more in line with the needs of laser printing shapes in mechanics and material science. This is also one of the reasons for the high print quality of HP laser printing original consumables.

Toner particles closer to the spherical more conducive to laser printing

In addition, the new generation of the original toner changes the structure of the particles. The core of the particle is a wax core, the middle is a soft resin pigment, and the outer layer has a hard shell. This brings two benefits. First, the hard shell protection of toner particles is not easy to break, is conducive to full mixing. During the fixing process, the complete toner particles can be heated and pressurized more evenly, thereby more precisely controlling the process of pigment penetration into the paper fibers to obtain higher printing quality. Second, the sublimation temperature of the wax core is lower, and the resin pigment is easier to melt. Only a lower temperature is needed to break through the shell and realize the fixing process smoothly. This means that the temperature of the heated part of the laser printer is reduced (the fixing temperature is reduced from 175 degrees Celsius in the past to about 130 degrees Celsius), and the energy consumption is greatly reduced. From another perspective, the fixing is faster, which is beneficial to improve the output speed of small laser printer.
